Information RFox may collect
RFox may collect contact information, company and role details, inquiry content, commercial context, scheduling information, communication preferences, referral or campaign source, and the information a client chooses to provide during an engagement. RFox does not request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary, lawful, and specifically agreed.
How the information is used
RFox uses the information to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, prepare recommendations, provide contracted services, maintain commercial records, support clients, improve the website and operating process, and meet legal obligations.
Website source and analytics information
The website may retain referral, landing-page, campaign, and UTM context in browser storage so an inquiry can identify how the visitor reached RFox. Browser settings may block this storage. The site remains usable when it is unavailable. RFox will disclose and configure any third-party analytics or CRM integration before using it to collect production data.
SMS opt-in and consent
When a person provides a phone number and affirmatively opts into SMS communications, RFox may send requested updates, reminders, promotions, or service-related messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.
SMS opt-out
A recipient may opt out at any time by replying STOP. RFox will remove the number from the applicable SMS list and stop nonessential messages. A recipient may contact RFox directly for additional help or preference changes.
Sharing and service providers
RFox does not sell or rent phone numbers or personal information. RFox may use service providers for hosting, scheduling, communications, CRM, analytics, document management, or contracted delivery. Those providers receive only the information needed for the service and are expected to protect it appropriately. RFox may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data protection and retention
RFox uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No system is risk-free. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, contracted work, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.
