Baseline
A source-backed view of the operating condition before the sprint begins.

Results + proof
Every completed RFox engagement has returned a multiple of the client's investment, and some clients realized that return within the first month. RFox also documents what changed, what was installed, and what the client can now operate.
The evidence chain
A source-backed view of the operating condition before the sprint begins.
The workflow, decision, asset, data structure, or governance mechanism placed into live use.
Observable evidence that named owners are using the system and making decisions through it.
A defined threshold, review cadence, and evidence source—not an unsupported outcome claim.
Documentation, training, ownership, and a client team capable of operating without RFox.
Evidence you can inspect
The public case-study library is intentionally limited until each source package is validated and approved. These artifacts show what RFox installs and hands off without implying an unverified business result.
Operating artifact
Maps the decision, owners, workflow, evidence, tools, handoffs, and thresholds that must work as one system.
Acceptance artifact
Records the source, permission, owner, date, approved wording, and acceptance status for every material proof item.
Handoff artifact
Gives the client the cadence, responsibilities, escalation rules, dashboard, and next-outcome decision after the sprint.
Client-reported performance
Some clients reported that return within the first month. Individual timing and results vary by starting point, scope, market conditions, and client implementation capacity. Client-specific narratives will be published only after source validation, confidentiality review, and written permission.
Start with fit
Bring the priority, baseline, and decision deadline. RFox will test whether a working sprint is possible.
Fit depends on stakes, access, ownership, capacity, and timing.
